MRI Software Clinical Customer Success Manager / MTRA (France)

About the role

AIRS Medical, a healthcare technology company behind the FDA-cleared, cloud-based AI software SwiftMR, is hiring a Customer Success Manager (MTRA) for its France market. The role acts as a trusted advisor to customers, driving business value through SwiftMR and sharing best practices to maximise the solution's value. It is a full-time position under an Employer of Record (EOR), with work from home and occasional business travel.

Key responsibilities

• Install and configure the MRI enhancement solution at new customer sites, optimising MRI scan parameters and integrating with customers' IT infrastructure.
• Provide comprehensive training on product usage so customers get optimal results.
• Resolve inquiries about product performance, image quality and usage.
• Educate channel partners on installation, scan parameter setup and best practices.
• Work with the Head of Customer Success and Business Development Managers to align sales priorities, drive renewals and run customer success strategies.
• Align with the Product Operations team in Seoul on new version training and rollout timelines, and escalate cases and feature requests from customers.

Required profile

• BA/BS degree, radiographer qualification or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years as an MRI Application Specialist or Engineer, with expertise in MRI protocol optimisation, preferably in a clinical setting.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues, especially those affecting MRI image quality.
• Interest in IT and willingness to learn network and software troubleshooting.
• Strong English communication skills; Italian or French is a significant advantage.
• Availability to travel mainly within Europe.
