Monitored Retrofit Manager (A330/A340/A350)

About the role

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is seeking a Monitored Retrofit Manager to join its Customer Services Department in Toulouse. The role is part of the Customized Material Services (CMS) team and supports the Widebody Program Support organization by managing monitored retrofits for A330, A340 and A350 aircraft.

Key responsibilities

• Industrialise the supply chain by analysing lead times, capacity and technical solutions.
• Lead the deployment of monitored retrofit programmes on behalf of Program Support.
• Contribute to and challenge retrofit and mitigation strategies, supporting the development of technical solutions.
• Translate programme requirements (cost, embodiment rate, policy) into actionable inputs for supply‑chain managers and other departments.
• Provide all necessary data and coordination to ensure successful retrofit implementation for wide‑body customers.

Required profile

• Delivery‑focused, customer‑oriented and technically inclined.
• Comfortable working autonomously while fostering strong internal and external collaborations.
• Strong understanding of aircraft systems, programme‑level project management and customer needs.
