Men RTW Development Manager (Fixed‑term)

About the role

As the Men RTW Development Manager for Saint Laurent, you will lead the creation and execution of the men's ready‑to‑wear collection during a fixed‑term contract (Oct 2026 – Feb 2027). You will work closely with design, sourcing, and production teams to translate creative concepts into high‑quality garments.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Design and Studio teams to understand the collection vision.
• Convert design ideas into detailed technical specifications (fabric, trims, colors, patterns).
• Source and select suppliers and manufacturers for men’s development.
• Manage the development timeline, ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners and coordinate sample and prototype delivery.
• Provide fit session feedback and drive necessary design adjustments.
• Work with Costing & Production to ensure cost‑effective manufacturing.
• Monitor sample quality, resolve issues, and keep documentation up to date.
• Consolidate weekly budget progress and daily delivery tracking.
• Lead a team of ~10 coordinators, product developers, and technical developers.
• Oversee launch and delivery of press, influencer, and special orders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Engineering, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in ready‑to‑wear development within the luxury fashion sector.
• Proven ability to manage supplier relationships and lead a development team.
• Strong knowledge of fabric types, garment construction, and cost structures.
