Master Class Business Consultant – Life Sciences (Paris)

About the role

Veeva is launching a Master Class program to train high‑potential professionals to become Business Consultants in the Life Sciences sector. The role is based in Paris and offers a fast‑track entry into consulting without requiring an MBA.

Key responsibilities

• Support and deliver all components of customer engagements, including workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process analysis.
• Collaborate with senior Business Consultants to create deliverables that optimize operating and engagement models.
• Leverage Veeva’s software and data to develop tangible business and operational solutions for Life Sciences clients.
• Travel up to 20 % of the time to client sites, internal meetings, and team events.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in Life Sciences, an advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, MD), or other non‑consulting roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and a problem‑solving mindset.
• Process‑driven attitude with a passion for analyzing operations and data.
• High work ethic, integrity, and willingness to work in an intense, challenging environment.

What we offer

• Starting salary of 60,000 EUR per year.
