Business Consultant Master Class – Life Sciences R&D

About the role

Veeva is launching a Master Class program to fast‑track early‑career professionals into Life Sciences consulting. Participants will work on real customer engagements, develop consulting skills, and leverage Veeva’s software, data and AI to deliver business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Support and deliver all components of customer engagements, including communications, workshops, stakeholder interviews, process and data analysis, and timeline management.
• Collaborate with Business Consultants to create deliverables that optimize operating models, processes, and business performance.
• Leverage Veeva’s software and data to produce tangible operational solutions for clients.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in Life Sciences, an advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, MD), or other non‑consulting experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and a problem‑solving mindset.
• Process‑driven, data‑oriented, with high work ethic and integrity.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.

What we offer

• Starting salary of €60,000 per year.
• Potential salary increase after one year together with an equity grant.
