Marketing Director – Enterprise AI & SaaS

About the role

We are a fast‑growing European AI technology company seeking a commercially driven Marketing Director to build and scale a world‑class enterprise marketing function. Reporting directly to the executive leadership team, you will own the end‑to‑end marketing strategy for our AI‑focused SaaS platform.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute a scalable enterprise marketing strategy aligned with ARR and pipeline growth.
• Drive lead generation across inbound, outbound, ABM, content, paid, and partner channels.
• Partner with Sales to improve lead‑to‑opportunity conversion and pipeline velocity.
• Refine company positioning within AI and enterprise automation, creating executive‑level thought leadership.
• Lead integrated campaigns across digital, events, PR, social, and content.
• Build high‑impact field marketing initiatives targeting enterprise accounts.
• Manage agency and external partner relationships and own marketing budget allocation.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in B2B technology marketing.
• Strong background in enterprise SaaS, AI, cloud, automation or digital transformation.
• Proven success scaling demand generation and supporting ARR growth.
• Experience in startup or scale‑up environments.
• Deep understanding of enterprise buying cycles and account‑based marketing.
• Strong analytical mindset with expertise in performance measurement.
