Marketing Activation Associate - Dolls

About the role

Mattel is seeking a Marketing Activation Associate to support commercial execution for its Dolls portfolio across multiple markets. The role focuses on coordinating events, partnerships, and retail activations while providing reporting and performance insights.

Key responsibilities

• Support execution of key brand events such as Legends Tour and Uno Social Club, managing timelines, deliverables, and materials.
• Assist with PR partnerships and creator‑led programs, ensuring alignment with defined plans.
• Help localise and roll out global and regional activation plans across events and partnerships.
• Prepare retail pitch materials and coordinate inputs with Sales and Trade Marketing teams.
• Track performance of events, PR partnerships, creator programs, and retail activations, preparing reports and highlighting variances.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Sales, and Trade Marketing to share information and raise local market insights.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in FMCG or the toy industry.
• Tertiary qualification in Commerce, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Fluent in both French and English.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a structured approach.
• Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities.
• Collaborative, proactive, and team‑oriented mindset.
