Market Strategy and Partnerships Manager - Sport

About the role

Fever, a tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is looking for an entrepreneurial Market Strategy and Partnerships Manager to lead and scale its presence in the French market for the sport vertical. The role sits at the intersection of business development, operations and strategy, owning the market end-to-end: from building landmark partnerships to ensuring flawless execution on the ground.

Key responsibilities

• Create and cultivate deep business relationships with major promoters, creators, venues and key stakeholders in the sport industry
• Develop and deliver a growth strategy for the market, with an approach to scaling Fever's presence in the region
• Manage commercial strategy with large partners, ensuring value creation for both sides and a sustainable partnership with event organizers
• Balance and grow a large client base while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver partner growth across France and internationally
• Stay up to date with new and trending experiences in entertainment

Required profile

• At least 4+ years of top-tier consulting or equivalent experience (corporate management, tech companies, venture capital, etc.)
• Strong business development and partnership management skills
• Self-starter mentality suited to a demanding, dynamic start-up environment
• Data-driven approach to business and task prioritization
• Excellent written and spoken French and English, with strong attention to detail
