Market Lead - France

About the role

Gartner Consulting is looking for a Market Lead for France to lead and accelerate growth of Gartner Consulting across the French commercial enterprise market. This is a senior leadership role for an accomplished consulting executive with a proven track record of personally originating and growing strategic client relationships, accountable for sustained growth, expanding Gartner's presence in France and leading a high-performing consulting team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead growth in France, contribute to the go-to-market strategy and three-year growth plan, and take responsibility for execution
• Personally originate, shape and close strategic consulting opportunities, and coach Partners on pipeline, win plans and conversion
• Turn existing executive relationships into consulting engagements and build a pipeline across priority enterprise clients
• Build trusted relationships with C-suite executives and advise them on strategy, digital transformation and operating model evolution
• Lead executive conversations that create demand before formal buying processes start
• Represent Gartner Consulting externally, define points of view and reinforce market campaigns in France
• Lead, coach and scale a team of consulting professionals, including Partners, Directors and Consultants, and support recruitment, development, performance management and succession planning

Required profile

• 15+ years of relevant experience, with significant consulting, technology advisory or technology-led transformation experience
• Current or recent experience at Partner, Managing Director, Senior Partner, Market Lead or equivalent level
• Demonstrated personal business development impact and experience with large enterprise clients
• Experience leading senior consulting teams and building executive relationships
• Fluency in both French and English

• Credibility in IT strategy, CIO advisory, digital transformation, cloud, data, AI, ERP transformation or technology modernization
• Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in a matrixed, international organization
