Managing Consultant IT Strategy & Transformation

About the role

Kyndryl is looking for a Managing Consultant IT Strategy & Transformation to act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, guiding global organizations through digital modernization and cloud adoption. The role leads multidisciplinary consulting engagements and shapes strategic IT roadmaps aligned with business objectives, in a hybrid setup based in Île-de-France.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic IT transformation consulting engagements for enterprise clients across industries
• Design enterprise architecture frameworks and target operating models aligned with business goals
• Drive organizational change management for digital initiatives
• Identify process automation and IT operations optimization opportunities
• Apply ITIL service management principles to streamline delivery and governance
• Integrate DevSecOps practices into IT modernization roadmaps
• Facilitate executive workshops, co-creation sessions and steering committee presentations
• Mentor consulting team members and contribute to practice development and thought leadership

Required profile

• 10 to 15+ years of experience in IT management consulting or large-scale project management
• Proven expertise in enterprise architecture and target operating model design
• Strong track record in organizational change management and digital transformation leadership
• Fluency in written and spoken French and English
• High autonomy, strong growth mindset and customer success orientation

Required skills

• ITIL frameworks and IT service management
• DevSecOps and CI/CD integration (preferred)
• Legacy modernization, including COBOL and mainframe environments (preferred)
• Scaled Agile Framework certification or experience (preferred)
• Enterprise IT automation implementation (preferred)
