About the role

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is seeking a Management Assistant to support the Connected Aircraft business line. Based in Toulouse, you will help the team develop capabilities and value propositions for Connected Aircraft, ensuring smooth daily operations and executive execution.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complex schedules, travel arrangements and corporate administrative tasks.
• Coordinate interactions and professional communication with internal teams, external partners and customers.
• Use digital collaboration tools and company systems to provide optimal organisational support.
• Contribute to a high‑energy team environment and uphold the business line’s professional image.
• Identify and implement improvements to processes and administrative practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a secretarial or management assistant in a fast‑paced, transnational environment.
• High proficiency with digital collaboration, administrative management and scheduling platforms.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion.
