Legal Manager

About the role

The Legal Manager will oversee the company’s compliance with European legislation, support the HR team on labour matters, manage contractual relationships, and act as the primary liaison with governmental and regulatory bodies. The role requires a proactive approach to risk management and the ability to work cross‑functionally with various departments. The successful candidate will play a strategic role in safeguarding the organization’s legal standing while facilitating smooth operations across multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret European laws and regulations, identify regulatory and systemic risks, and develop response strategies and contingency plans to ensure compliance across all European entities.
• Provide legal advice on employment and labour issues, supporting the HR department in handling overseas employee dispute cases.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts independently, ensuring contractual terms align with business objectives and legal standards.
• Maintain communication and engagement with government authorities and regulatory bodies, representing the company in public affairs activities.
