Lead Consultant/Architect – Document Control & Engineering Info Management

About the role

As a Lead Consultant/Architect you will drive end‑to‑end delivery of OpenText Engineering Information Management solutions for energy and engineering clients building complex assets such as power plants and pipelines. You will own solution architecture, integration, and deployment while collaborating with customers, R&D, and global professional services teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, installation, configuration, migration and integration of OpenText ECM solutions.
• Design scalable, high‑performance system landscapes aligned with customer requirements.
• Configure and manage cloud‑based proof‑of‑concept environments for workshops and validation phases.
• Develop integrations with enterprise platforms (SAP, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams) and engineering tools (CAD, CAE, GIS, Primavera).
• Act as trusted advisor to customers and internal teams, translating feedback into product improvements.
• Contribute enhancements and best practices to Professional Services offerings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 6 years of enterprise software implementation experience.
• At least 3 years of hands‑on experience with ECM platforms such as OpenText Content Server, OpenText Extended ECM for Engineering, or comparable solutions.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., OpenText Content Server) are a plus.
