Lead Consultant – OneStream & SAP BFC (Remote, France)

About the role

We are looking for a Lead Consultant with deep expertise in OneStream and SAP BFC to help our clients accelerate ROI and optimise their business performance management solutions. The role is fully remote within France, with a preference for candidates located near Paris.

Key responsibilities

• Demonstrate core and advanced OneStream functionality through Proof‑of‑Concept sessions.
• Collaborate with Sales to define and implement use cases for current or prospective customers.
• Lead implementation projects, produce documentation, and ensure timely delivery.
• Mentor junior consultants, delegate tasks, and conduct Lunch & Learns or service meetings.
• Lead troubleshooting, resolve application issues, and drive multi‑solution design sessions.
• Manage small projects using the PRIME methodology, maintaining financials, plans, and status reports.
• Contribute to OneCommunity by authoring blog posts and proposing session ideas.

Required profile

• Proven experience in finance organisations, understanding the needs of analysts, controllers, finance directors and CFOs.
• Successful implementations of OneStream and SAP BFC (formerly Cartesis) in a consulting environment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while thriving in a team setting.
• Preference for candidates based in or near Paris, though other locations will be considered.

What we offer

• Competitive gross annual base salary between €75,000 and €97,500.
