About the role

Join Betclic as a Kotlin Software Engineer Apprentice and dive straight into real projects that power our online gaming platforms. You will work within an autonomous squad, collaborating with backend and frontend developers, testers, and DevOps engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Support the squad’s backend developers in building and enhancing Betclic’s Social platform.
• Participate in technical design, performance optimisation and code reviews.
• Contribute to production releases and ensure smooth platform operation.
• Assist with the setup, monitoring and maintenance of AWS infrastructure.
• Take ownership of features from development through to production monitoring.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic about sports, technology and online gaming.
• Eager to learn and grow in an agile, fast‑paced environment.
• Motivated to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary squad.

Required skills

• Kotlin programming language.
• Basic knowledge of AWS services and DevOps practices.
• Understanding of agile development principles.
