Key Account & Trade Marketing Intern

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Key Account & Trade Marketing Intern to support retail activities and trade‑marketing activations across Europe. This internship offers hands‑on experience in product launches, retail execution, and brand activations within a fast‑paced commercial environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of new product launches, seasonal campaigns and promotional activations, coordinating creative assets with internal teams and agencies.
• Support planning and delivery of in‑store events, brand activations, and visual merchandising projects.
• Conduct product detail page (PDP) audits on retailer websites, monitoring content accuracy, pricing and promotional activity.
• Participate in meetings with retailers, agencies and cross‑functional teams, preparing recaps and tracking action items.
• Maintain project trackers, timelines and support order processing, shipment tracking and operational follow‑up.
• Perform competitor and market benchmarking, analysing trends and providing actionable insights.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management or a related field.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Interest in beauty, cosmetics and consumer trends.
• Fluent in English; French or other European languages are a plus.
• Proactive, curious and able to manage multiple projects in a fast‑moving environment.
