Key Account Manager – Banking & Fintech (Europe)

About the role

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is looking for a Key Account Manager to lead a portfolio of strategic banking, financial services and fintech clients across Europe. You will build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, identify growth opportunities and help customers maximise the value of data and API‑driven solutions. This role offers a hybrid work model with 2‑3 days per week in the office.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of existing strategic accounts across Europe.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior customer stakeholders.
• Identify and deliver opportunities for account growth, retention and product adoption.
• Develop strategic account plans aligned to customer objectives.
• Lead commercial discussions, proposals, negotiations and renewals.
• Collaborate with Product, Pre‑Sales and Customer Success teams to deliver customer value.
• Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Key Account Management, Account Management or Strategic Account Management.
• Track record of growing and retaining enterprise customers.
• Experience selling data, SaaS, technology or API‑based solutions.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Knowledge of financial services, banking, payments, fintech, compliance or risk solutions.
• Strong commercial, relationship‑building and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to engage confidently with senior decision‑makers and executive stakeholders.
