Junior Web Developer – Remote AI Agent Evaluation

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Web Developer to help design, evaluate and improve autonomous AI agents that operate across multiple large‑language models in domains such as health, education and everyday life. The work is fully remote and consists entirely of coding‑focused tasks that support the training and refinement of agentic AI systems.

Key responsibilities

• Write clear evaluation rubrics with objective pass/fail criteria for AI agents.
• Debug agent execution traces to spot failure patterns and edge‑case behaviours.
• Stress‑test agents against prompt injection, tool misuse and other security scenarios.
• Assess production‑grade modular software architectures and multi‑turn system interactions.
• Provide high‑density technical feedback that can be used to train large language models.
• Complete onboarding assessments and undertake flexible, paid task assignments.

Required profile

• Experience in backend engineering, AI automation or complex systems integration.
• Proven ability to build and maintain production‑grade software with modular separation of services.
• Strong command of at least two major programming languages.
• Hands‑on experience with SQL databases and live, non‑mocked environments.
