Junior Graphic Designer

About the role

Xerox Design Studio is looking for a proactive Junior Graphic Designer to join its fast‑paced team in Paris. The role supports the creation and production of high‑quality visual assets for both print and digital channels, helping clients communicate their brand messages effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Create, adapt, and refine graphic assets for print, web, presentations, reports, bid documents and campaign materials.
• Prepare production‑ready files that meet client brand guidelines and technical specifications.
• Manage multiple design tasks simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Respond quickly to urgent requests and shifting priorities, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all deliverables.
• Handle confidential client information with strict adherence to security and compliance requirements.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in a design studio, agency or in‑house environment.
• Flair for layout, typography and visual composition.
• Ability to work under pressure, strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Energetic, motivated, adaptable and solution‑oriented.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office suite.
• Adobe Creative Suite – InDesign (and familiarity with other Adobe applications).
