Junior Data Analyst – Entry Level

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Data Analyst to support business and operational decision‑making. You will work with multiple data sources, turn raw information into actionable insights, and help stakeholders understand performance trends.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and validate data from various systems to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualisations that highlight key performance indicators and business trends.
• Analyse large datasets to uncover patterns, opportunities, risks and improvement areas.
• Prepare clear written reports and presentations to communicate findings to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on forecasting, performance measurement, process optimisation and strategic initiatives.
• Maintain data integrity and support data‑driven decision‑making across the organisation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical, critical‑thinking and problem‑solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to translate complex data into clear insights.
• Good organisational and time‑management capabilities, able to handle multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with spreadsheet tools (e.g., Excel).
• Experience using SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Familiarity with data visualisation software or tools.
