Junior Consultant – Luxury Experience Consulting

About the role

Join CXG’s Consulting & Transformation practice as a Junior Consultant focused on luxury experience. You will work alongside seasoned consultants to turn complex business challenges into actionable strategies that drive measurable results for world‑leading luxury brands.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market, industry, competitor and customer research to inform strategic recommendations.
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data, perform benchmarking, financial and operational assessments, and synthesize findings into clear insights.
• Support planning and execution of consulting engagements across multiple workstreams, managing timelines, deliverables and coordination with internal teams and client stakeholders.
• Prepare high‑quality presentations, reports, business cases and workshop materials, translating analyses into compelling client deliverables.
• Identify and proactively escalate potential project risks.
