Junior Art Director

About the role

As a Junior Art Director at La Vie, you will help create best‑in‑class, visually bright content across all brand touchpoints, supporting the growth of a leading plant‑based food brand in Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Lead or co‑lead packaging design execution with external agencies and illustrators, adapting existing designs or creating new flavors while respecting the visual identity system.
• Supervise social‑media content creation together with the social media team and a graphic design intern, ensuring consistent and attractive visuals.
• Coordinate photography, video and motion‑design productions with internal and external partners, using studio tools to produce product shots, recipe photos and video assets.
• Design scenography for trade shows, internal and external events, and special occasions such as the La Vie Guinguette.
• Develop brand guidelines and templates, and coach internal and external teams on their application.
• Manage a Junior Art Director trainee, overseeing day‑to‑day marketing and trade‑marketing visuals.
• Collaborate with the Creative Director to conceive bold, culturally relevant advertising campaigns and PR stunts.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience as an Art Director in an agency or as a freelancer.
• Strong affinity for La Vie’s visual style: naïve, illustrative, bold, bright and entertaining.
• Creative, ambitious mindset with a high standard of execution across all touchpoints.
• Autonomous, able to manage multiple projects and quickly mobilise a network of freelancers.
• Fluent in French and English.
