IT Technician

About the role

Voodoo is looking for an IT Technician to join its Corporate IT team in Paris. You will be responsible for delivering Level 1 and Level 2 support, ensuring a smooth and secure technology experience for all employees.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and configure computers for new joiners.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across Windows and macOS devices.
• Maintain core IT systems, operating systems, security tools, and applications.
• Track and manage hardware and software inventory.
• Ensure meeting rooms and video‑conference equipment are operational.
• Document and update IT procedures.
• Contribute to IT projects and process‑automation initiatives.

Required profile

• Passion for IT and proven experience in a similar support role or fast‑growing environment.
• Modern approach to IT management, including Cloud, SaaS, and Google Workspace.
• Excellent customer service with strong communication skills in English and French.
• Ability to identify recurring issues and propose automation solutions.
• Experience with AI tools is a plus.
