IT Infrastructure and Cybersecurity Manager

About the role

Erasteel is seeking an IT Infrastructure and Cybersecurity Manager to lead the design, deployment, and protection of its global IT environment. You will ensure that the company’s systems are reliable, scalable, and secure, supporting high‑performance tooling production.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an infrastructure roadmap covering servers, networks, cloud services, and data storage.
• Manage installation, upgrades, and ongoing monitoring to guarantee high availability and performance.
• Create and enforce cybersecurity strategies, conduct regular audits, and ensure compliance with NIST, ISO 27001, and GDPR.
• Lead incident response, deploy SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls, and other security tools.
• Collaborate with network engineers, system administrators, and cybersecurity experts across multiple locations.
• Partner with legal, finance, and operations teams to align IT initiatives with business goals.
• Provide backup support to the IT Operations Manager as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and cybersecurity within a global industrial setting.
• At least 3 years of leadership experience, including project and vendor management.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001, CCNP, ITIL, or Microsoft Azure are a plus.
