International Field Service Representative – Europe

About the role

Motorola Solutions' Silvus Technologies is looking for an International Field Service Representative to join its European team. Working 100% remotely, you will partner with customers worldwide to deliver tailored, high‑performance radio and mesh‑networking solutions that keep mission‑critical users connected.

Key responsibilities

• Provide pre‑sales and post‑sales technical support, including system planning, optimization, and customer training.
• Become the subject‑matter expert on Silvus MIMO radios and mesh networking technology.
• Prepare and deliver product demonstrations for customer visits and equipment evaluations.
• Travel to customer sites across Europe to offer hands‑on technical assistance and training.
• Troubleshoot hardware and network failures, resolve abnormal situations, and ensure system reliability.
• Collaborate with product teams to influence future development based on field feedback.

Required profile

• Based in Europe and able to work remotely full‑time.
• Strong background in RF, wireless communications, or related technical field.
• Experience in technical support, field service, or sales engineering for complex networking equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to train diverse customer audiences.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations as needed.
