International Field Service Representative – Remote (Europe)

About the role

The International Field Service Representative will work closely with Silvus’s global team to deliver tailored, technical solutions for customers across Europe. This 100% remote position involves pre‑sales and post‑sales support, system planning, training, and troubleshooting of Silvus’s advanced multi‑antenna MIMO radios and mesh networking solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide pre‑sales and post‑sales technical assistance, including system design, optimization and customer training.
• Become an expert on Silvus radio and networking technology and articulate its advantages over competing solutions.
• Prepare and deliver product demonstrations and equipment evaluations at customer sites.
• Travel to customer locations across Europe to offer hands‑on technical support and training.
• Troubleshoot hardware and network issues, resolve abnormal situations, and feed insights back to product development.

Required profile

• Based in Europe and able to work remotely full‑time.
• Strong technical background in RF, wireless communications, or related fields.
• Experience in field service, pre‑sales or post‑sales support for complex networking equipment.
• Excellent communication skills for customer interaction and training.
