About the role

We are looking for an AI Engineer to design and implement intelligent systems that turn complex employee benefits documentation into structured, actionable data. You will collaborate with HR and data teams to automate the extraction, classification, and enrichment of contracts, health plans, retirement agreements, and other payroll‑related documents.

Key responsibilities

• Develop machine‑learning pipelines to process and digitise heterogeneous benefit documents.
• Design data models that capture health, pension, savings, and contractual information.
• Integrate AI solutions with existing HR information systems.
• Validate data quality and ensure compliance with privacy regulations.
• Continuously improve algorithms based on feedback and new document formats.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with interest in HR data domains.
• Experience in building end‑to‑end AI or ML solutions.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
