About the role
We are looking for a motivated Customs Sales Engineer to join the commercial team of AKANEA. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling AKANEA’s customs management software solutions to a portfolio of clients. This position offers the opportunity to develop new business and strengthen relationships within the customs and logistics sector.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers interested in customs software solutions.
- Present, demonstrate and tailor the software offering to meet client requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve revenue targets.
- Maintain and develop long‑term relationships with existing clients.
- Collaborate with product and support teams to ensure successful implementation.
Required profile
- Passionate and ambitious commercial mindset.
- Strong interest in customs regulations and software solutions.
- Proactive hunter attitude with ability to spot new opportunities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
