Industrial Project Manager - Assembly & Digital Solutions

About the role

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is seeking an Industrial Project Manager to lead the development and deployment of new structural assembly technologies and digital solutions for its Final Assembly Line (FAL) in Toulouse. You will join a 100‑person team responsible for industrial assets, assembly technologies, and workshop support.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the design, implementation, and delivery of industrial assets that improve FAL manufacturing performance (SQCDP).
• Lead digital initiatives across FALs, using programming and BI tools to optimise assembly processes.
• Support daily workshop activities and resolve technical crises related to structural assembly.
• Promote knowledge‑sharing and ensure technical harmony across multiple plants and FALs.
• Manage change and prepare advanced technological solutions for future aircraft programmes beyond the initial three‑year horizon.

Required profile

• Engineering, Project Management or related industrial background.
• Proven experience in project and budget management, continuous improvement and manufacturing engineering tools.
• Strong understanding of aeronautical assembly processes and industrial network environments.

Required skills

• Programming languages: Python, C#.
• BI tools: Skywise, Looker Studio.
• Google Workspace.
• Industrial networking: firewalls, SFTP, IP configuration.
• Generative AI concepts.
