Independence Support Analyst

About the role

The Independence Support Analyst supports the Network's independence and compliance processes by providing technical assistance, troubleshooting issues and performing basic data analytics under supervision. The role suits early-career professionals looking for experience in compliance operations, technology support and global collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day WeCheck support tickets, resolve them on time according to established protocols and document issues, troubleshooting steps and resolutions
• Assist Country Acceptance Officers (Group) and the Acceptance Team (US) with guidance and data collection to ensure adherence to international independence standards
• Record support requests, escalations and actions in the tracking system and keep documentation organized and accurate
• Collaborate with global teams across regions and time zones, learn to communicate in a multinational environment and help deploy the independence compliance tool, including testing new functionalities before release
• Perform basic data analysis to identify trends and recurring issues, and help prepare summaries or reports under supervision

Required profile

• Master's degree (Bac+5) and at least 1 year of professional experience after graduation
• Ability to follow protocols, document issues clearly, recognize when to seek guidance or escalate, and learn new systems quickly
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and critical thinking skills, clear verbal and written communication, organization and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams and cultures, and occasional domestic and international travel

Required skills

• Basic data analysis (Excel, trend identification)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook)
• Ability to learn new systems such as ServiceNow, Jira and Power BI
