Human Resources Manager

About the role

Our client is looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead the full HR function on a hybrid basis in La Réunion, Nouvelle‑Aquitaine. The role combines strategic leadership with hands‑on operational excellence, supporting leaders to build a high‑performing and compliant workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Lead employee and labor relations, acting as primary contact for representative bodies and managing collective negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with individual and collective labour legislation and advise management on complex HR issues.
• Manage the HR team, harmonise practices across functions and locations, and oversee core processes such as recruitment, onboarding and policy implementation.
• Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, talent management, change initiatives and employee engagement.
• Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures and documentation to mitigate employment risks.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a generalist HR Manager or HR Business Partner.
• Strong expertise in employee and labor relations and comprehensive knowledge of French employment law.
• Demonstrated ability to advise managers on disciplinary, performance and termination matters.
• Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
