HR Manager (Lifecycle & Technical Recruiting)

About the role

This is a high‑ownership, builder‑style position responsible for establishing the full people infrastructure in a fast‑scaling, remote‑first organization. The role blends end‑to‑end lifecycle HR leadership with full‑cycle technical recruiting, including engineering and AI/ML hiring.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and manage the complete employee lifecycle: onboarding, off‑boarding, performance management and employee experience.
• Develop and maintain HR policies, documentation and compliance frameworks for a global remote workforce.
• Coordinate international payroll, contractor agreements and employment compliance across multiple regions.
• Establish performance management systems aligned with measurable outcomes and business objectives.
• Serve as the primary HR point of contact for employee relations and people‑operations support.
• Partner with leadership on organizational design, workforce planning and compensation strategy.
• Own full‑cycle recruitment for all roles, sourcing and evaluating technical talent without external agencies.
• Design structured interview processes, scorecards and hiring workflows; manage recruiting pipelines using Greenhouse.

Required profile

• Proven experience building HR and people‑operations functions in early‑stage or high‑growth startups.
• Strong background in lifecycle HR, including onboarding, performance management, compliance and employee relations.
• Demonstrated success in full‑cycle recruiting for both non‑technical and technical positions, preferably engineering or AI/ML.
• Ability to engage confidently with technical stakeholders and screen engineering candidates.
• Excellent organizational and operational skills in fast‑moving environments.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Greenhouse or a similar ATS platform.
