HR Business Partner – Final Assembly Line (A350)

About the role

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join the Final Assembly Line (FAL) A350 team in Toulouse. You will act as a strategic partner to the operations department, helping to align HR initiatives with business goals and fostering a high‑performance culture.

Key responsibilities

• Strategic HR partnering with the operations leadership team to align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Develop and implement HR initiatives that drive performance, productivity and employee engagement on the Final Assembly Line.
• Partner with recruitment teams to attract, select and onboard top talent for operational roles and design retention programs.
• Provide expert advice on employee relations, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions and policy interpretation.
• Support talent development, succession planning and workforce planning for the A350 assembly line.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a fast‑paced, operational environment.
• Strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into HR actions.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills to work with managers and employees.
• Solution‑oriented attitude and ability to manage multiple priorities.
