HR Business Delivery Advisor

About the role

Syneos Health is looking for an HR Business Delivery Advisor, a remote position based in France. The role handles transactional and operational HR activities across several functional areas, including hiring, termination, labor law compliance, contract management, trainee programs, expatriate management and retirement processes. It also maintains personnel records, prepares statistical reports on employee demographics and skills inventory, coordinates with external agencies such as government bodies, insurance companies and unions, and oversees the implementation of total rewards programs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and resolve complex Tier 3 HR inquiries and issues in line with global HR standards.
• Provide performance guidance and engagement counseling to managers and employees.
• Deliver employee relations services, including performance management, performance improvement plans (PIPs) and workplace investigations.
• Support in-market talent initiatives, including planning and executing organizational restructurings.
• Work with the Regional Governance PSN Team to deliver in-market support at scale worldwide.
• Promote employee and manager self-service tools to improve the efficiency of HR support.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in human resources management, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a global organization.
• Experience in employee relations, including performance management and restructuring activities.
• Fluency in French and English is required.

• Proficiency with data analysis tools and ability to communicate data and analytics findings.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a global team and manage cross-cultural teams.
