Head of Threat Engineering & Application Security

About the role

Join Coca‑Cola Europacific Partners as the Head of Threat Engineering & Application Security. You will sit on the CISO Leadership Team and shape the cybersecurity strategy for the European business, ensuring platforms, applications and tooling stay resilient against evolving threats.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the Threat Engineering & Application Security strategy aligned with corporate security policies.
• Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing security team, and act as secondary leader for SOC operations.
• Own the end‑to‑end application security programme, including penetration testing, API security, secure development practices and vulnerability identification.
• Manage the lifecycle, optimisation and integration of security tooling, driving threat‑driven enhancements across IT and OT environments.
• Govern security policies, monitor compliance with regulations and audits, and lead remediation efforts.
• Oversee third‑party security assessments and supplier risk management.
• Plan and report the unit’s budget, ensuring optimal investment in security solutions.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in cybersecurity, preferably within a large, multi‑site organization.
• Strong understanding of application security, threat engineering and SOC operations.
• Experience managing budgets, vendor relationships and compliance programs.
• Ability to influence C‑level stakeholders and drive cross‑functional collaboration.
