Head of Product

About the role

We are looking for a visionary Head of Product to shape the product strategy for a pioneering platform that powers autonomous, incentive‑aware AI agents on the blockchain. Reporting directly to the executive team, you will build the product function from the ground up and turn a fast‑moving thesis into high‑scale products used by both humans and AI agents.

Key responsibilities

• Define the product vision, roadmap and prioritisation for the emerging agentic economy.
• Adapt existing on‑chain distribution and incentive engines into user‑friendly products for autonomous agents.
• Identify strategic wedges to drive acquisition of human and agent participants.
• Lead rapid prototyping, launch MVPs, test hypotheses and iterate based on real‑world feedback.
• Establish a data‑driven culture, set performance metrics and manage product lines from a P&L perspective.
• Navigate high ambiguity, own end‑to‑end product lifecycles and eventually recruit a world‑class product team.

Required profile

• Extensive product leadership experience delivering scalable products with measurable adoption.
• Deep fluency in AI applications, especially building with existing models and evaluating new AI tools.
• First‑principles thinking for designing complex incentive and mechanism‑design systems.
• Strong understanding of blockchain, crypto and Web3 primitives.
• Decisive, autonomous decision‑making ability in high‑stakes environments.
• Solid business acumen and ability to manage product P&L.
