Growth Hacker (B2C) – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a data‑driven Growth Hacker (B2C) to design and scale a participant acquisition engine for a large‑scale marketplace of paid‑task contributors. The role is fully remote and operates across multiple geographies, focusing on high‑intent users who complete tasks and return repeatedly.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and automate a participant acquisition system using organic loops, referrals, community distribution and geo‑specific outreach.
• Develop growth workflows with LLMs, scraping tools and no‑code orchestration platforms (Zapier, Make, n8n) to maximize efficiency.
• Identify new markets based on demand signals and adapt channel strategies per region.
• Own core growth metrics such as cost per activated participant, task completion rate, repeat participation and lifetime task value.
• Run weekly rapid‑experiment cycles, iterate on successful loops and scale them while retiring under‑performing channels.

Required profile

• Proven experience scaling a marketplace, gig platform or two‑sided ecosystem with measurable activation and retention impact.
• Strong systems thinking and ability to create scalable growth mechanisms rather than isolated campaigns.
• Hands‑on experience with automation, LLM‑based workflows, scraping, APIs and no‑code/low‑code orchestration.
• Experience working in emerging or diverse international markets and understanding localized distribution dynamics.
• Analytical mindset linking actions to activation, retention and revenue outcomes.
