Group Head of Finance Planning & Analysis

About the role

The Group Head of Finance Planning & Analysis will partner with the CFO to shape the financial strategy of a fast‑growing international industrial group. This senior leader will provide strategic insights, drive performance measurement, and ensure the alignment of financial planning with the company’s global objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the FP&A function, delivering strategic analysis to support growth and operational performance.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and P&L consolidation for the Group and its subsidiaries.
• Produce monthly and cumulative management reports, highlighting variances against budget and prior year.
• Analyze financial performance, KPIs and trends to identify risks, opportunities and value‑creation initiatives.
• Develop dynamic financial models for investments, acquisitions and operational improvements.
• Build and mentor a high‑performing FP&A team, fostering continuous improvement.
• Support post‑merger integration, process optimisation and technology enablement.

Required profile

• Proven track record as Head of FP&A or a senior finance role in a high‑growth, multinational environment.
• Strong technical accounting expertise and experience with process improvement.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and ability to influence at the executive level.
• Experience supporting CFOs in shaping financial strategy and driving decision‑making.
