Fullstack Software Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Fullstack Software Engineer to join a fast‑moving product engineering team building an AI‑powered sales platform used by high‑growth companies worldwide. The role is based in France and sits at the intersection of backend and frontend development, offering high ownership and rapid iteration.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain fullstack product features across backend and frontend systems, ensuring performance, scalability, and usability.
• Build and improve core components of a data‑intensive SaaS platform, including large‑dataset handling, search, and real‑time workflows.
• Translate product requirements into well‑architected technical solutions and ship features from concept to production.
• Work on backend services and APIs while contributing to user‑facing interfaces built with modern web frameworks.
• Collaborate closely with founders, product managers, designers, and cross‑functional teams to ship new features frequently.
• Identify and resolve production issues, optimise system performance, and improve reliability and maintainability.
• Participate in architectural decisions, system design discussions, and continuous improvement of engineering best practices.
• Ensure code quality through testing, peer reviews, and thoughtful engineering practices.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience as a Software Engineer working on complex, scalable systems.
• Strong experience building and maintaining web applications across both frontend and backend layers.
• Solid understanding of system design principles, including scalability, reliability, performance, and failure modes.
• Proven ability to debug production issues and identify root causes in complex systems.
• Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and ability to drive improvements independently.
• Experience in fast‑paced product environments with frequent releases and evolving requirements.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail, especially under load.
