Full Stack Engineer

About the role

Nio Robotics is seeking a senior Full Stack Engineer to own and scale the core software platform that powers the company. You will work on a product that currently stitches together multiple SaaS tools and transform it into a reliable, enterprise‑grade solution.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the in‑house enterprise platform, from database schema to UI, and evolve the MVP into a production‑ready product.
• Design and implement APIs, data models, authentication, permissions, and integrations with robotics tooling, CI, logging, simulation, HR and other services.
• Develop and maintain the backend (Node.js/TypeScript) and frontend (React) components, as well as deployment pipelines and observability dashboards.
• Collaborate closely with the DevOps engineer, supporting complex infrastructure tasks such as custom build systems, CI runners, container orchestration, and server fleet management.
• Leverage LLM‑native workflows to accelerate development and maintain high velocity.

Required profile

• 8‑12 years of professional software engineering experience with a strong full‑stack track record.
• Proven ability to scale an MVP into a reliable internal product.
• Excellent context‑switching skills and a system‑design mindset.
• Master’s or engineering degree, or equivalent demonstrated expertise.
