Full Stack Data Analyst

About the role

Fabulous, a health, wellness and coaching company behind a top-ranked app, is hiring a Full Stack Data Analyst for its small, cross-functional data team. The team works closely with Product Growth, User Acquisition and Finance and covers analytics engineering, applied analytics and data science. The role reports to the Data Lead and is part of the Engineering team.

Key responsibilities

• Work on diverse, high-impact projects with business teams: improving metric accuracy, exploring growth perspectives, building tested reporting pipelines, investigating data discrepancies and applying statistics and ML where it adds value.
• Build and maintain analytics pipelines using SQL and dbt, manage tech debt, improve engineering practices and shape the project's architecture.
• Own parts of the codebase over time, become the go-to person for at least one business team and have a strong voice in how the analytics project evolves.
• Share knowledge, contribute to team practices and help shape the team's direction, cohesion and mission.
• Manage your own projects and stakeholders, with clear, concise documentation.

Required profile

• University degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Applied Mathematics.
• 4+ years of experience across data science, analytics or analytics engineering, ideally with exposure to more than one.
• Experience with cloud data warehouses and modern data stack tools.
• Excellent written and verbal English and comfort working remotely (remote-first).
• Great to have: hands-on experience with digital marketing / user acquisition or product / growth, familiarity with the stack, good analytical and statistical intuition, and prior experience in an agile startup.

Required skills

• Excellent SQL and experience building data models with dbt (or similar)
• Testing, clean code, peer review, CI/CD and git workflows
• Passion for AI and willingness to experiment with new tools
