Senior Full-Stack Engineer – Product & UX

About the role

Dolead helps companies turn digital acquisition into measurable results, building landing pages and digital journeys for millions of users across Europe and the United States. It is looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer with strong front-end expertise and a real sensitivity to UX, product and experimentation, to build a seamless experience from the first ad click to contact with a client's call center. The role is permanent and hybrid, based in Paris.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop features end-to-end, from React interfaces to the Python services behind them, contributing to technical decisions and trade-offs between speed, quality and maintainability.
• Improve the landing pages' architecture, performance and user experience, and extend the journey beyond conversion to qualification, follow-up and call-center interactions, with a focus on mobile responsiveness.
• Turn ideas into hypotheses, build prototypes, instrument user interactions and test them, measuring impact through conversions, revenue, reliability and UX improvements.
• Work closely with Product and Business to understand user behavior and business priorities, challenging assumptions and taking the lead on specific problems.

Required profile

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, ideally in product-led environments.
• Proven experience building and scaling user-facing web products, with strong front-end skills and enough back-end autonomy to deliver complete features.
• Strong UX sensitivity, able to identify friction and propose improvements without detailed designs.
• Data-driven and experimental mindset, proactive and comfortable with ambiguity.
• Fluent French and English.
• Nice to have: experience in a recognized product company or scale-up, high-traffic B2C journeys or mobile web, A/B testing, CRO or usability testing, voice AI or call-center products, AI-assisted development tools, and an entrepreneurial background.
