Full Software Engineer – International Expansion

About the role

Alan is building a new standard in prevention insurance and is expanding its services internationally. As a Full Software Engineer you will join a fast‑moving team that creates the infrastructure, interfaces and applications used by members, health professionals and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain backend services using Python and Flask.
• Build and enhance user‑facing features with React and React Native.
• Collaborate with product owners to turn decisions into production‑ready code.
• Contribute to database design and optimisation in PostgreSQL.
• Participate in code reviews, testing and continuous improvement initiatives.
