About the role

Join Imperial Brands as a French‑speaking Customer Expert based in Athens, supporting customers of consumer‑electronics products. You will be the primary point of contact for French‑language clients, delivering assistance across phone, email and live‑chat channels.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality, professional support to French‑speaking customers regarding products, warranties and services.
• Troubleshoot technical issues on consumer‑electronics devices, offering clear and empathetic guidance.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the product catalogue, new releases and promotional offers.
• Process orders, returns, replacements and warranty claims in line with company policies.
• Log all interactions accurately in the CRM system to ensure data integrity.
• Identify recurring product issues and proactively escalate them to technical or management teams.
• Collaborate with technical support, logistics and quality‑assurance teams to guarantee a premium customer experience.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives based on customer feedback.

Required profile

• Fluent French speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer‑service mindset and ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Athens, Greece.

Required skills
