Freelance Tax Specialist & AI Trainer (8‑20 hrs/week, Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced tax specialist to work part‑time as an AI trainer. You will help improve AI‑generated tax content, ensuring it reflects real‑world tax logic, compliance, and practical advisory scenarios. The role is fully remote and flexible, requiring 8–20 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Review and refine AI‑generated outputs on tax compliance, structuring, risk assessment and advisory topics.
• Evaluate AI content for technical accuracy, commercial realism and practical applicability.
• Draft realistic tax scenarios and case studies based on personal experience.
• Create variations of scenarios from different stakeholder perspectives (e.g., tax advisor, CFO, auditor, regulator).
• Identify gaps, flawed assumptions or impractical elements in AI‑generated tax material.

Required profile

• Senior tax consultant, manager or specialist (Tax Advisor, Tax Manager, Tax Director, etc.).
• Based in and eligible to work in the EU or UK.
• Several years of hands‑on experience in tax structuring, compliance, planning or regulatory work.
• Strong ability to assess and improve tax reasoning, spotting technical flaws and practical limitations.
• Comfortable working independently and providing clear, structured feedback.
• Available for 8–20 hours per week with immediate or near‑term availability.
