Financial Controller

About the role

iCOVER is seeking a rigorous, data‑driven Financial Controller to join its finance team. Reporting to the FP&A Manager, you will be the analytical engine that ensures accurate, timely financial reporting and deep analysis to support strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and consolidate the monthly financial reporting package (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) for review.
• Maintain data integrity across systems and act as the first line of defense against errors.
• Perform initial budget‑vs‑actual variance analysis and provide factual explanations.
• Lead intercompany reconciliation and coordinate monthly calls with accounting entities.
• Conduct granular analysis of product margins, pricing structures, and cost‑center profitability.
• Maintain and update financial models in Excel for budgeting and forecasting cycles.
• Provide ad‑hoc analytical support for cost analysis, capex tracking, and other requests from senior finance leaders.
• Participate in the optimisation of reporting tools (BI, Excel) to automate data extraction and improve efficiency.
• Document and maintain financial processes and reporting standards.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience in financial controlling, audit, or finance.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and deliver flawless financial reports.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for financial modeling.
• Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) reporting tools.
• Intercompany reconciliation and variance analysis.
