Financial Controller – International Perimeter

About the role

Alan is looking for a forward‑thinking finance professional to own the financial controlling of its international entities. The role sits in the Finance & Strategy community and acts as the feedback engine of the finance system, ensuring the numbers are accurate and actionable.

Key responsibilities

• Steer Alan’s financial performance through business planning, operational monitoring, investor relations and financing.
• Serve as the steward of financial truth, producing accurate, timely reports for the board, leadership team, tax authorities and regulators such as the ACPR.
• Build and own the core finance data and tooling infrastructure, including models and pipelines that connect business operations to financial reality.
• Maintain end‑to‑end ownership of functional poles such as Treasury, Procurement and M&A.
• Identify variances, raise concerns and drive corrective actions across the organization.

Required profile

• Experienced finance professional with a proven track record in financial controlling of international entities.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, regulatory compliance and investor‑relations processes.
• Ability to translate operational data into financial insights and support strategic decision‑making.
• Proactive mindset, comfortable challenging the status‑quo and driving improvements.
