Financial Analyst (Part‑time, Hybrid)

About the role

This part‑time hybrid position supports budgeting, forecasting and long‑term financial planning for regional and global initiatives at LinkedIn Connect Africa. Based in Paris, the role combines on‑site collaboration with remote work, offering the chance to influence business decisions through data‑driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse financial reports, track key performance indicators and produce management dashboards.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to review performance, explain variances and recommend cost‑optimisation or revenue‑growth actions.
• Build and maintain financial models to support budgeting and forecasting cycles.
• Ensure accurate financial records, assist with periodic audits and comply with internal and external reporting standards.
• Present financial findings to both financial and non‑financial stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in finance, accounting or economics with a bachelor’s degree; professional certifications (CFA, ACCA) are a plus.
• Proven analytical ability to interpret complex data, identify trends and translate them into actionable recommendations.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and KPI dashboard creation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; French language skills are beneficial.
• Ability to work independently, manage part‑time hours and thrive in a multicultural hybrid environment.

• Data‑visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) – a plus.
