Finance Transformation Specialist – Reporting & Planning

About the role

Join Airbus Helicopters in Marignane to drive finance transformation across reporting and planning. You will work at the heart of helicopter manufacturing, supporting the Finance Department’s digital and process‑optimization agenda.

Key responsibilities

• Support finance processes and system execution while contributing to simplification, harmonisation and standardisation projects.
• Maintain digital assets, implement new technologies and promote innovative ways of working with end‑users.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to deliver optimized solutions for data analysis, performance dashboards and simulations.
• Gather, analyse and document business requirements through workshops, interviews and surveys.
• Identify and implement process‑optimisation opportunities, especially around SAP S/4, SAP MDG, Celonis, BI and RPA.
• Benchmark and design solutions, creating functional specifications and use cases.
• Conduct data analysis, ensure data quality and compliance, and define reporting needs for new systems.
• Plan and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) using JIRA and support change‑management activities.

Required profile

• Experience in finance transformation, digital enablement and process optimisation.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate finance needs into technical specifications.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams and facilitate workshops.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
