Finance Controller

About the role

Pluxee is seeking a Finance Controller to join its global team in Issy‑Les‑Moulineaux. You will support decision‑making by analysing financial data, monitoring budgets and helping shape forecasts for a leading employee‑benefits provider.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse financial data and prepare reports for management.
• Monitor budget performance and deliver variance analysis.
• Assist in developing financial forecasts and annual budgets.
• Conduct cost analysis and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
• Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and procedures.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.

Required profile

• Certified Management Accountant (CMA) or equivalent preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role.
• Fluent in English; French, Portuguese or Spanish is a plus.
• Competencies: adaptability, attention to detail, collaboration, communication, data analysis, risk management.
